Sales is a process, which means that you need to manage the way you do sales, from leads to prospects and from customers to advocates, with rigorous attention to detail.

When planning your sales, do the following:

- create a sales plan
- use most efficient channels
- define your KPI's for acquiring leads
- get the best people onboard
- make sure your messaging, materials, and tools are top-notch
- execute relentlessly

Especially when you're about to enter new markets, proper planning and preparation is key!
