Europe is a pretty diverse continent, with lots of different cultures, laws, and things to consider. The biggest mistake, for example, US-based B2B companies are doing, is not to use local experts to help enter the target markets.

Even though the way international sales are done has changed quite a bit over the last couple of years, local is still king. If your company is looking to sign customers or build a channel in Europe, you should hire someone locally, with the right contacts and experience, dealing with your target accounts.
